• Simulation analysis scenario editor has misleading 'Cost $/hr'
  column heading in Participant group Overrides table.   The "$"
  character may suggest the cost value in this column is in a
  dollar currency such as USD.
  This is not the case.  The value entered here uses the currency
  symbol specified in the overridden participant group.  A more
  appropriate column heading would be 'Cost per hour'
