  USER AFFECTED:
  Users of IBM Business Process Manager Optimizer who are creating
  simulation analysis scenarios using Participant Group Overrides.
  
  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When creating a Simulation Analysis Scenario in IBM Business
  Process Manager, Participant Group Overrides values are not
  used.
  
  PROBLEM DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
  The Simulation Analysis Scenario editor contains a section for
  adding Participant Group Overrides values.  If present, these
  values should be used by the Simulation engine instead of the
  original corresponding Participant Group values.  However, the
  Simulation engine incorrectly ignores these overrides and uses
  the original Participant Group values.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  This defect fixes the problem so the Particpant Group Overrides
  values are used as expected.
