Error description

• optimizer does not show external start task userID. So the
  Live Reports in the optimizer has the user
  Id field blank for external activities.

  Reproduction steps:
  1) Create a simple BPD with an external activity and with a
  human service
  2) Create an instance of the process.
  3) Use the rest api "assign to me" to claim the task
  4) Use a web service wrapping the js api to start the task,
  passing the user id.
  5) Use rest api "finish task" and pass in data to finish the
  task.
  6)  Run the coach to complete the human service.
  After doing the above, run the optimizer. You will observe
  that in the Live Reports for the external activity, no user id
  is indicated.
  For the human service, the Id is listed.
  

Problem conclusion

• Problem was fixed in an interim fix as well future fix packs
  and releases.
