• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When opening a file asset from the marketing tool, the parent
  directory for this file is not being set correctly, leading to
  an error when attempting to save the changes.
  
  The following message is displayed in the log:
  Unresolved parameter: parentDirectoryName for transaction:
  /lobtools/cmc/AttachmentFileUpload
  

Local fix

• As a work around, the asset can be loaded outside of the
  marketing tool by following these steps:
  
  1. Log into Management Center.
  2. Go to Assets Tool.
  3. Select the web store.
  4. Browse to the folder.
  5. Double click on the file name to open it for editing.
  6. Upload the new content to the file.

  Websphere Commerce users on v7.0 who use the Websphere
  Management Center to edit Files from within the Marketing tool.

  Uploading a file to Marketing Content within Websphere Commerce

• The associated code in the LOBTools package has been updated to
  allow for a new content file to be uploaded while working in
  edit mode in WebSphere Management Center.
  
  Note the additional instructions provided in the accompanying
  readme file.
