Error description

• Using Oracle DB and loading/creating more than 1000 stores with
  "markfordelete" property set to 0, during the fetching of the
  stores, the system can return the following error message:
  "ORA-01795: maximum number of expressions in a list is 1000"

  WebSphere Commerce users v7.0 who use Oracle DB and with more
  than 1000 stores published
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Avoid "ORA-01795: maximum number of expressions in a list is
  1000" Oracle error which could occur when fetching stores if
  there are more than 1000.
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Impossible to fetch all the stores

Problem conclusion

• Enhanced the SQL query allows to fetch all the stores in order
  to avoid the presence of more than 1000 store ids
