Problem summary

  • ****************************************************************
    USERS AFFECTED:
    Client export and istool export
    ****************************************************************
    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
When exporting a sequence job which is in a checkpointed state
the checkpoint record is being exported. It should not be!
    ****************************************************************
    RECOMMENDATION:
In order to resolve the problem the patch should be applied to
client, domain and engine tiers. This ensures all export
    options are fixed.
    ****************************************************************

Problem conclusion

  • The export code had to be modified to explicitly exclude the
checkpoint record. These had been moved to a different location,
hence the introduction of the problem.

Temporary fix

  • None available
