JR42006: DATE FORMAT INCORRECT FOR "EXPIRES:" IN HTTP HEADER ON NON-EN ENVIRONMENT

Error description

  • With any locale other than English (en), opening a task in the
    Process Portal issues an HTTP request with an incorrect date
    format in the "Expires:" header, as in the example below:

    This issue will not impact the rendering of the coach for the
    task in most cases; however, if Business Process Manager is
    integrated with Tivoli WebSEAL, the following error will occur:
    
    Access Manager WebSEAL could not complete your request due to an
    unexpected error.
    
    Error Code: 0x38cf04d4
    
    Error Text: DPWWA1236E Could not read the response headers sent
    by a third-party server. Possible causes: non-spec HTTP headers,
    connection timeout, no data returned. This is not a problem with
    the WebSEAL server.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • This issue occurs in Business Process Manager Version 7.5.1.  It
    will be resolved in Business Process Manager V7.5.1 Fix Pack 1
    (7.5.1.1).
