Error description

  • When using My Team Performance page and filtering by team, an
internal query can run for excess periods of time.

When routing tasks to a list of users, a new group is created
for each task. This caused performance problems as the number
of groups in the system grows very large.

When routing tasks to a list of users, a new group was created
for each task. This caused performance problems as the number
of groups in the system grows very large.
With the fix, existing groups that have the same set of users
are re-used across tasks, which greatly reduces the total
    number of groups created.
