Error description

• Following a refresh of a table that has been federated using
  Federation Server, the following error is issued on the target
  instance:
  "Failed to add a row to table <tablename>.
  A SQL exception has occurred. The SQL error code is '-1822'. The
  SQL state is: 560BD. The error message is:
  DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-1822, SQLSTATE=560BD,
  SQLERRMC=43;MYODBC;Duplicate entry"
  

Local fix

• Refresh the table when no activity is occurring.
