Error description

• If the preventRemovalOfFreeGiftFromCart flag is set to 'true',
  using an order level free gift promotion with an AddStrategy of
  either 0 (Add if needed) or 2 (Never add) will cause the free
  gift to not be added to the cart and will instead discount the
  price of the entire order.
  
  The preventRemovalOfFreeGiftFromCart flag is used to control
  whether the shopper is permitted to remove a free gift from
  their cart, and is set in the file
  OrderFreeGiftBehaviorControl.xsl with <xsl:variable
  name="preventRemovalOfFreeGiftFromCart">true</xsl:variable>

  and wish to take advantage of using an Add Strategy of 0 or 2

  or 2 (Never add), will not correctly calculate the order total
  correctly in some cases.
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Orders will result in a total of $0.00 if free gift promotions
  with an add strategy of 0 or 2 are used

  corrected so as to perform the promotion as expected
