APAR status

Error description

• The SitemapGenerate command performs the following steps in this
  order:
  1) Firstly, it generates all sitemap XML files in the temp
  folder. It generates sitemap XML files for all requested
  store(s).
  2) Secondly, it creates a zip file for each store containing all
  the XML files for a store.
  3) At the end, it updates the EAR and sends all the zip files to
  Stores.war. Note: the XML files don't need to be send to the
  Stores.war as they are within the zip files.
  
  If you want the command to also send over the XML files then you
  need to:
  1) Apply this APAR
  2) Call the SitemapGenerate command with a new job parameter
  called uploadXMLToEAR=true

• USERS AFFECTED:
  Websphere Commerce users on v7.0
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  SitemapGenerate command upload a zip file, containing a series
  of smaller XML files, to the Stores.war. There is no way to ask
  the command to also send the XML files to the Stores web
  application.
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Customer would like to see the sitemap_<<store_id>>.xml files to
  be moved from temp folder to stores.war folder.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
