Error description
BYTE MESSAGES ACCUMULATING ON HOLD QUEUE CANNOT BE HANDLED IN FAILED EVENT MANAGER . When JMS byte messages accumulate on the BFM hold queue, there is currently no way to selectively resubmit these messages in failed event manager. We need a fix to make these messages visible to FEM and to allow their resubmission.

APAR has been fixed with 7.5.1 GA. * ************************************************************** BPC hold queue can contain JMS BytesMessages that were sent by the Scheduler to BPC. The Failed Event Manager console and API are not capable to display and replay these BytesMessages. This fix enables the Failed Event Manager to display and replay BytesMessages.
