Error description
When running the upload task in management center (such as price upload or catalog upload), the change history record for the upload object shows unknown user as the contributor. This is caused by the foundation of data load framework. The caller ID is not set on the context data, so the change history function could not get the right contributor ID.

USERS AFFECTED: Commerce users who enabled Emerald FEP3 workspace change history function. PROBLEM ABSTRACT: Unknown user displayed on change history record when using upload function in CMC BUSINESS IMPACT: The impact is that the customers would not get the right information of who executed the upload task. Problem conclusion
