Error description

  • Using document attachment function to attach *.pptx, *.xlsx,
    *.docx documents created by office 2007 to COACH, then download
    the files by using IE 7/IE 8.
    If there is no MS Office installed on the windows OS or the MS
    Office version is lower than 2003, the IE shows the downloads
    file is a zip file instead of .xlsx/pptx/docx files.
    

Local fix

  • Install MS Office 2003 or future MS Office version
    Or use Firefox instead of IE
