Error description

  • The count for the number of failed events in the Failed
Event Manager(FEM) shows an incorrect value when certain hold
queue messages are involved. The FEM can only work with hold
queue messages which are navigation messages related to a
process instance. Other messages on the hold queue must be dealt
with via the admin console. Hold queue messages which are not
navigation messages can increase the count although the are not
showed when displaying the events in FEM.
These messages should not increase the count although it does
not affect the FEM other than displaying the wrong failed event
    count.
