  The following message is recorded in the CSWIN message log:
  
  PCS3001E The Communications Server message logging facility
  encountered a system error.
  The system-error message number is: 1813.
  Explanation: The message facility encountered an unrecognized
  system error either when it attempted to retrieve a message from
  a message resource file or when it attempted to log the message.
  The message is neither retrieved nor logged.

Problem summary

• The error pcs3001e occurs when message facility tries to
  retreive a message from message resource file that is missing
  that message or tries to log an unkown message.
  

Problem conclusion

• The missing message entries have been added into the resource
  module and made available for the message logger.
