Error description
This is because the behavior of schemas changed in SQL Server 2005 and newer versions. Schemas are no longer equivalent to database users. You will get SQL27999N RC=14 error when using IMPORT on a Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or newer version nickname of which remote schema is different from remote user name.
