APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When users simply create a new link from MS Access, they input
  a password for the database. At that time they change the old
  passwd to new one with the check box on. After that they select
  a table from the list and try to retrieve the data.
  
  In NG case, before retrieving data the dialog box appears again
  to prompt a password and the customer input correct(new) one.
  In this scenairo, the SQL30082 RC24 is occurred at
  SQLDriverConnectW 10 times in ODBC/CLI trace and then the
  user id is revoked (and after that SQLDriverConnectW fails with
  -30082 rc19). From the customer point of view, they don't input
  a password 12 times.
