Error description

• HADR setup
  Server: DB2 V9.1 or V8.2, AIX or Windows
  Client: Db2 V9.1.2 Windows
  
  After takeover client gets SQL1776N The command cannot be
  issued on an HADR standby database.
  Reason code = "1".
  This when the the variable DB2TCP_CLIENT_CONTIMEOUT is set.
  
  When set DB2TCP_CLIENT_CONTIMEOUT=0 it works fine
