APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• 1.) The DDL to create the IBMQREP_IGNTRANTRC table generated by
  ASNCLP is incorrect.
        The IGNTRAN_TIME column is missing and SQL Capture is
  failing with sqlcode -206.
  
   2.) Asnclp should be using the java program executable from
  sqllib and not necessarily use the default if set for the
  system.
  
         For example if java 1.4.2 was loaded and executed out of
  /usr/bin/java it will cause a problem with
        ASNCLP in V9 which is expecting java 1.5. which should be
  in .../sqllib/java/jdk64/java/jre/bin .
