IZ98187: KRARLOFF DOES NOT PRINT UTF8 DATA

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Running krarloff on the UX and PX agents, the output generated
  is not consistent, and is showing certain fields being returned
  with the data "BLANK" instead of the actual data expected.
  
  It was found that some of the attributes for the PX agent are
  listed as UTF8 data, and according to the krarloff
  documentation, the krarloff program will not output values
  containing this type of data (it will show as "BLANK" instead).

Problem summary

• The krarloff command does not print UTF-8 data.
  
  When the krarloff  command is executed, the resulting output
  file displays "BLANK" instead of the value, for all UTF-8
  columns.
  

Problem conclusion

• The krarloff command will now print the values of the UTF-8
  columns as well in the output file.
