IZ95177: Search results for relationship targets are not filtered by the entity type when auto-suggest is disabled

Error description

• Disabling Auto-Suggest feature ignores text field descriptions
  in relationship targets.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• When either creating a new business model instance or editing
  relationships on an existing instance there is the facility to
  search for relationship targets where the results can be limited
  by the entity type. If auto-suggest is disabled in the
  WSRR web UI preferences, the results of the relationship target
  search are not limited by the selected entity type as they
  should be. This means that the results set is much larger than
  desired and will contain all entities in WSRR regardless of
  their type making it difficult to select the intended target.
  

Problem conclusion

• The query used for the code path followed when auto-suggest is
  disabled was not correctly formed to take account of the
  entity classification condition.
  
  This has now been resolved and the fix is targeted for inclusion
  in fix pack 4 for WSRR v7.0.
