Error description

  • The response message from the STS is known as a Request Security
Token Response (RSTR) message. The STS PIP is assuming the RSTR
returned from the STS contains a Status element.  If the RSTR
does not contain a Status element, the STS PIP throws a
NullPointerException when parsing the message.
