Problem conclusion

• The srDiskTable logic for linux kernels 2.6 would always skip
  over the first line in /proc/diskstats and would report zeroes
  for that device. This did not affect most Linux systems because
  usually non-disk devices appear at the top of /proc/diskstats.
  However in SLES 11, the main SCSI disk (major 8, minor 0)
  comes first. This has now been resolved as srDiskTable for Linux
  2.6 will not skip over the stats for the first device.
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
