IZ84215: TACMD CREATESIT FAILS WHEN SITINFO INCLUDES A TABLE NAME CONTAINING A KEYWORD (EX. SEV)

Error description

• Environment:
  
  All platforms, known to be an issue at 621, 622 (including 622
  FP2)
  
  This is specifically the CLI component and it's method of
  parsing the string.
  
  Problem Description:
  
  When a situation's SITINFO includes a string which contains a
  KEYWORD such as SEV, the SITINFO data isn't parsed properly and
  thus the creation of the situation fails.
  
  Looking at this SITINFO:

  NFO>
  
  The table name KAMMVSEVNT contains the KEYWORD SEV.  We fail on
  the create because the parser is expecting an equal after the
  SEV in the table name kammvSEVnt.  If one of the letters is
  removed, the create works.
  
  
  Detailed Recreation Procedure:
  
  There is no need to install the KAM support to recreate and
  test.  You can just export an existing sit and then modify the
  ATOM field and add in the chars SEV, TFWD, TDST, etc.

  Again, if you just remove either the S or V or E from the table
  name, the sit imports just fine.  I am running this on 622 FP2.
  

Local fix

• Edit the SITINFO data - remove the ATOM field.  Create/import
  the situation and then edit the situation via the sit editor and
  add the Display Item back.
  

Problem summary

• tacmd createsit from an xml file fails when SITINFO contains
  spurious keyword substrings like "SEV"
  

Problem conclusion

• Proper check of keywords substrings have been implemented.
