  Error message in the stat daemon log:
  4C45EC82.01AD-1:disk_stat.cpp,1423,"is_duplicated_iostat_entry")
  Error: Maximum number of disks entries exceeded!
  
  Detailed Description:
  This server has 3150 disks and, according to the following
  technote:
  http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21383657
  UNIX OS Agent doesn't monitor the disk entries over 1024
  
  In this area I found the technote above and the ER MR1115063446
  to increase the number of disks that can be monitored by the
  unix os agent.
  This ER is in Recognized status and created 4 years ago.
  There's also an old APAR:
  IY91092
  TEPS DOES NOT DISPLAY DISK PERFORMANCE DATA ON HP-UX MACHINES
  THAT HAVE MORE THAN 1000 DISKS.
  and an LA was delivered:
  6.1.0.3-TIV-ITM_UNIX-LA0002
  Based on the pmr description, this LA contains the fix for up to
  3500 disks.
  Considering this pmr, customer is asking to have a fix also for
  this specific scenario.
