IZ80991: Managed sys lists not added to query source "Let System Assign"

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Query "let system assign automatically" is blank when using
  certain application managed systems lists assigned to user
  defined navigator items.
  
  
  RECREATE INSTRUCTIONS:
  
  Create an MQ managed system list adding one or more managed
  systems.
  Assign the managed system to a user defined navigator item.
  Create a workspace view, assign a query to the workspace view.
  From the query properties page select the query source tab.
  The assigned and available list boxes will be blank.
  

Local fix

• Works around it to explicitly assign the managed system to the
  query using the "let user assign" tab.
  

Problem summary

• Managed System Lists do not show up in Query Selection Dialog
  under the "Let System Assign Automatically" query results source
  panel.
  
  
  When a product provided or user defined managed system list is
  assigned to the properties of a user defined navigator item, the
  MSL should show up in the query results source tab under the
  "let system assign" radio button selection.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed the Query Results panel to not filter out managed systems.
