  With 622, using the java web start client is very slow.
  
  
  Problem Summary/Conclusion:
  
  The Tivoli live team found some parameters that can be added to
  the TEP jnlp startup file that reduce the time it takes to
  download and render the initial TEP workspace.

Problem summary

• Performance improvement in downloading jar files using the Java
  Web Start facility for the Tivoli Enterprise Portal Client.
  
  
  During Tivioli live testing it was found that the downloading of
  the jar files by the Java Web Start facility for the Tivoli
  Enterprise Portal could be improved.
  

Problem conclusion

• Added additional Java Web Start parameters to the Tivoli
  Enterprise Portal Java Web Start jnlp file.
  
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
