Error description

• The scenario is the following:
  - create on Windows a monitor for the file c:\tmp\file.txt
  
  subagent load logmonx
  logmonx reset
  logmonx logfile="c:\tmp\file.txt"
  logmonx updateinterval=60
  logmonx create
  
  - the monitor works fine
  - try to monitor the same file using a forward-slash character
  instead of back-slash one
  
  subagent load logmonx
  logmonx reset
  logmonx logfile="c:\tmp/file.txt"
  logmonx updateinterval=60
  logmonx create
  
  - the monitor no more works.

  RECOMMENDATION:
  Upgrade to Fix Pack 10 for SSM 4.0.

Problem conclusion

• Windows does mostly support forward slash already. LogmonX had
  one minor bug in its globbing logic which accepted backslash
  only on Windows. This has now been generalized to support
  forward and backslash.
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
  packages:
