Error description
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Pie chart view for Logical Disk Usage does not display correctly when history is collected and the user displays the "Last 3 quarters" with "Use summarized data". ENVIRONMENT: ITM 6.2.1, 6.2.2 and 6.2.2 FP1. PROBLEM RECREATION: 1) Install a Windows OS agent 2) Turn on history (at least turn it on for Logical disk usage) and let it collect for a little while. 3) open the TEP 4) From the navigator select the "Windows OS ' Disk" workspace 5) Click on the Logical Disk Usage panel 6) Change the default view to filter on only one disk name a) Right click, select properties b) Click on the Filters tab c) check the checkbox under "Logical Disk Name" d) Enter "== C:" on line 2 for the filter e) Click Apply and OK f) Now there should only be 1 pie chart for Logical Disk Usage 7) Click the time span icon for Logical Disk Usage a) Select "Last" and enter 24 hours then click OK 8) The chart should show multiple small pie charts showing %used and % free. 9) Click the time span icon for Logical Disk Usage a) Select "Last" and enter "3" and select "Quarters" from the pulldown b) Click the "Use summarized data" radio button c) leave the default entries for shift and days (All shifts, all days) d) Click ok 10) The pie chart will show a full pie of "Recording time" and will not show "% used" or "% free" any more. 6.2.1 Workaround: 1) Right click the Logical disk usage pane and select properties 2) Click the "Style" tab 3) Change Attribute from "Default Category Label" to "Recording Time"

Temporary fix
Workaround: - Right click the Logical disk usage pane and select properties - Click the "Style" tab - Change Attribute from "Default Category Label" to "Recording Time"
