APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The customer is experiencing random unitialised values in the
  oraProcessTable. The data concerned seems to be coming from the
  OS rather than Oracle. There seems to be a race condition which
  appears as a bug when the process disappears from the OS, but
  has already been retrieved from the oracle install.

Problem conclusion

• The invalid integer data was simply due to uninitialized
  variables. These are now all initialized to zero.
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
