Error description
Attaching a policy to a WSDL Operation fails to create a correct PolicyAttachment and therefore fails to attach correctly when there are multiple WSDL Operations defined in the WSDL with the same name (for example a Binding Operation). The resulting PolicyAttachment document contains a null bsruri reference, but should have the correct reference.
Local fix
Problem summary
Policies were not being attached correctly to WSDLs with multiple operations, because they were being attached by port rather than by operation. The code has been corrected so that the a policy is correctly attached to the relevant operation.
Problem conclusion
This fix is expected in 6.2.0.4 and 6.3.0.3. No fix is required for version 7.0, because the problem does not exist in this release.
Temporary fix
