Error description

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  
  The command "itmcmd execute xx -k" creates a file called
  xx.shl. This file has 777 permissions, even when secureMain
  lock is in effect.
  
  
  RECREATE INSTRUCTIONS:
  
  1. Install an OS agent.
  2. Invoke "secureMain lock".
  3. Invoke "itmcmd execute -k xx" where "xx" is the product
     code of the agent.
  4. Invoke "ls -l CANDLEHOME/config/xx.shl" where "xx" is
     the product code of the agent.
  
  The permissions of the xx.shl script will be 777.
  

Local fix

• Use the chmod command to change the permissions of xx.shl after
  it is
  created.
  

Problem summary

• The command "itmcmd execute xx -k" creates a file called xx.shl.
  This file has 777 permissions, even when secureMain lock is in
  effect.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was changed so that any files created by "itmcmd
  execute" respect the permission settings established by the
  secureMain command.
