Error description

• During SSM 4.0 stress testing on HP-UX IA64, traceroute
  occasionally crashes in:
     _ZN12hatraceroute10CTraceTask3RunEv+0x3c0

Problem conclusion

• The issue appears to have been a 4-byte overrun that could
  happen on some 64-bit platforms. Traceroute was incorrectly
  reading 8 bytes from the end of a buffer which should only
  contain 4 bytes. Thus in some cases the 4-byte overrun could
  trigger a SIGSEGV or SIGBUS.
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
