Local fix

Problem summary

• The following errors have been corrected:
  
  * Some mnemonics for Publish as Collection incorrect
  * HTTP redirects not handled correctly
  * Error messages for connection problems are unclear
  * Edit WSRR location button is enabled even when one has not
  been selected from the list
  * Some wizards do not have a help button
  * Non-http forms (for example news:) of URI are not accepted
  * Reverse relationships in detail view are only generated for
  the parent class, not for sub-classes
  * Generated detail views have extra copies of the superclass
  relationship
  * An extra folder in PLUGIN_JAR results in NullPointerException
  and empty configuration.properties file
  * If you create a lifecycle with the same name as the initial
  lifecycle state, this results in an infinite loop
  * Opening the GEP validators and modifiers folder in
  configuration profile files shows no content
  * New classification wizard does not verify the base URI of the
  customized classification model
  * Creation of a new business model with duplicate details fails
  with no error
  * XSD files with circular import relationships cause Studio to
  hang
  

Problem conclusion

• The issues listed have been corrected.
  
  This fix is expected in 7.0.0.1
