APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When deactivating a control row or setting status to aborted,
  programmable may hang the SSM in some rare cases. The SSM only
  starts responding again if you manually kill the process spawned
  by programmable.

Problem conclusion

• Programmable had a race condition where setting ProgramStatus to
  aborted could lead to a hang on slow machines which may not have
  actually started the program thread yet. This has been fixed.
