Error description

  Problem Description:
    Attempt to access an IB table which has an associated
    file, but the file for that table is not defined.  The
    following is example of the RAS1 trace messages that will
    be issued when attempting to reference a table w/o the
    corresponding file:

  Detailed Recreation Procedure:
    Reference an IB table that has a file definition but the
    file for the table does not exist.
    In this case the QA1DNKG.* files which are associated with the
    TRANKGRP table.
    File definitions were removed but the associated
    TEMS table definitions were not. This is causing the shutdown
    problem reported here.

Problem summary

• Submitting a query against the obsolete tables results in a
  shutdown of the management server "SQL error 202, 209"
  

Problem conclusion

• The following obsolete tables have been removed from the
  management server:
  - TRANKGRP
  - TRANKENT
  - TOMCONFG
  - TPHOSTSS
  - TPLATFORM
  - TPROBESET
  
  The fix for this APAR is included in the following maintenance
  vehicle:

Temporary fix

• Queries should not be submitted against obsolete tables.
