  Upgrade to Fix Pack 9 for SSM 4.0.

Problem conclusion

• Added a check for invalid directory handles, which can and will
  happen when the SSM runs out of file handles (exceeding ulimit
  -n).
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
  packages:
