IZ63768: MS_OFFLINE CAN BE DISTRIBUTED TO SYSTEMS OTHER THAN *HUB <REG>

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• IY99836 was created to disallow assigning MS_Offline situation
  to anything and have it hard-coded to *HUB.  After installing
  ITM 621 IF?, I'm allowed to distribute MS_Offline to all managed
  systems.
  
  Detailed Recreation Procedure:
    Edit MS_Offline situation from the situation editor.
  

Local fix

• No workaround available.
  

Problem summary

• Adding the *OPTION: DISTR=*HUB statement in the dockxx file
  should restrict distribution of the situation to the *HUB
  managed system list. The list boxes containing the available
  managed systems and managed system lists should be read-only.
  They are not and the user is able to distribute to any/all of
  the  MS/MSLs.
  

Problem conclusion

• Required code was removed accidentally when unused Rule Builder
  code was removed. Added back relevant code and updated it to
  work with latest Object Group editor changes and Override
  Expression editor.
