IZ62946: TAMCD CLI TAKES TOO LONG TO COMPLETE ON 6.2.1 IF4 ENVIRONMENT

       ITM 6.21 IF004 unix/linux
  
  Problem Description:
   The problem is caused by the new added code in tacmd
   script to Java home path.
  
  
  Detailed Recreation Procedure:
    (1) Install 6.21 ITM
    (2) run tacmd command such as tacmd listsytem, it takes
        about 6-10 seconds
  
  Workaround:
  (1)backup /CANDLEHOME/bin/tacmd
     cp /CANDLEHOME/bin/tacmd  /CANDLEHOME/bin/tacmd.save
  (2)edit /CANDLEHOME/bin/tacmd, change the line
     JavaHome=`$CANDLEHOME/bin/CandleGetJavaHome`
                    to
     JavaHome=$CANDLEHOME/JRE/thearchcode
  

Local fix

• (1)backup /CANDLEHOME/bin/tacmd
     cp /CANDLEHOME/bin/tacmd  /CANDLEHOME/bin/tacmd.save
  (2)edit /CANDLEHOME/bin/tacmd, change the line
     JavaHome=`$CANDLEHOME/bin/CandleGetJavaHome`
                    to
     JavaHome=$CANDLEHOME/JRE/thearchcode
  

Problem summary

• Extended size of the CANDLEHOME dir caused  long times to
  execute install/config dynarch.shl operations. Dynarch.shl is
  called during many operations, and a large CANDLEHOME dir (in
  one case, many gigabytes of backup files) caused long delays in
  commands that should run fairly quickly.
  

Problem conclusion

• Optimized the code to only run the find command on specific
  directories, and only if applicable applications are installed.
  This made it much faster.
  
  The fix for this APAR is included in the following maintenance
  vehicle:
