Problem summary

• Upgrading JRE to Java 1.5.0 SR11 FP1 on the Windows and
  UNIX/Linux platforms to exploit some security improvements
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix pack now includes JRE 1.5.0 SR11 FP1.
  
  Install Actions
  
  This upgrade occurs automatically for most components when you
  install the fix pack. However, the JRE is not automatically
  upgraded for the Tivoli Enterprise Portal browser client or the
  Java Web Start client.  Follow these steps to upgrade the Java
  level for those clients:
  
     1.  Go to Control Panel->Add or Remove Programs and
        remove the currently installed version of IBM Java.
  
     2.  Start your browser and specify this address for the
        Tivoli Enterprise Portal client:
  
           http://<hostname>:1920///cnp/client
  
        And specify this address for Java Web Start:
  
           http://<hostname>:1920///cnp/kdh/lib/tep.jnlp
  
  
     In both cases, replace <hostname> with the host name
     where the Tivoli Enterprise Portal Server is running.
  
     3.  Step 2 will detect that there is no IBM Java and ask
        to download the current version of IBM Java.  Follow
        the prompts to download and install IBM Java.
