This is seen on all supported platforms.

Problem summary

  • Universal Message Console situations distributed to *HUB or *EIB
may never fire. Some situations distributed to *HUB and *EIB may
continue to work as expected.

Problem conclusion

  • The code was not handling *HUB and *EIB Managed System Lists
correctly in all cases. The code has been updated to handle
these correctly.


The fix for this APAR is included in the following maintenance
vehicle:

Temporary fix

  • Distribute the situation directly to the CMS_NODEID associated
with the HUB.
