• Closed as program error.

Error description

• High CPU utilization in TEMA when Agent sends large row sets
  (e.g. thousands of rows).
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• High CPU utilization is seen at the Agent when large
  row sets are collected.
  

Problem conclusion

• Storage was not being used efficiently when copying rows into
  the buffer. The storage allocation algorithm for copying
  row sets has been improved, especially when the Agent returns a
  large number of rows.
  
  The fix for this APAR will be included in the following
  maintenance vehicle:
