APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After a day or two of stress testing on AIX, SSM 4.0 was found
  to dump core when it was shut down. This was found to be
  reproducible on at least one AIX machine. Analyzing the core
  file revealed that the crash was in libnhrt
  (~CPThreadTaskHandlePool).

• Converted some static objects to pointers in libnhrt and
  libmaster to avoid unresolved AIX runtime bugs.
