Error description
During TEPS browser application support install of the Eclipse Help server files, the following error is seen: . KCIIN1421W WARNING - unable to copy eclipse agent plugin file /opt/IBM/ITM/ls3263/cw/iehs/kgw/eclipse/plugins/com.ibm.kxx.doc . where xx is the product code of the application. . This message does not affect the installation of the Eclipse Help Server files.

Problem summary
On Linux for zSeries, when installing Tivoli Enterprise Portal Browser Client support, the following error is seen: KCIIN1421W WARNING - unable to copy eclipse agent plugin file $CANDLEHOME/ls3263/cw/iehs/kxx/eclipse/plugins/com.ibm.kxx.doc where xx is the product code of the application. This is a warning message and is caused by the fact that the destination file $CANDLEHOME/ls3263/kf/eclipse/plugins/com.ibm.kxx.doc already exists.
Problem conclusion
The code was modified to check if the destination file(directory) and, if so, delete the destination file(directory), and then move the support file. The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance packages: | interim fix | 6.2.0.3-TIV-ITM-IF0002
