  Problem Description:
    Provide as much detail as possible.

  They tried using it with the GUI and the -console option.  They
  also tried running it against the 32Bit Java environment.

Local fix

Problem summary

• In a Linux x86 64-bit environment, the application support
  installer fails with "ERROR: An unknown error occurred while
  seeding the TEMS".  The log file contains the message
  "/opt/IBM/ITM/lx8266/ms/bin/ksminst: error while loading shared
  libraries: libkbb.so: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64".  This was
  reported while attempting to add Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring
  Server support for IBM Tivoli Monitoring for Applications: mySAP
  Support Version 06.20.00.xx.  The same symptom can occur with
  other applications.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was changed so that the 32-bit version of "Tivoli
  Enterprise Services User Interface" is automatically installed
  with the Tivoli Enterprise Management Server on Linux x86 64-bit
  systems.
  
  The fix for this APAR is included in the following maintenance
  vehicle:

Temporary fix

• Manually install the Linux x86 32-bit version of "Tivoli
  Enterprise Services User Interface" prior to installing
  application support. This pulls in the underlying 32-bit
  libraries for ksminst.
