APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When using the ITM command tacmd listSit -t DB2, it does not
return relevant data. Instead, the customer receives error
KUICLS009E. However, the command does work as expected when
using other databases (Microsoft SQL, Oracle).

Local fix

  • Can try using command tacmd listsit | find "DB2"

Problem summary

  • TACMD LISTSIT fails to return any situations for the DB2
    Distributed Agent.

Problem conclusion

  • When building the affinity table, use the long name symbol
comparison to find the correct affinity. Previously, a short
name id comparison was used resulting in a conflict between MVS
    DB2 and Distributed DB2.
