  Abstract:    Upgrade does not migrate all TEMS tables
  
  Environment:

  The latest patch was not involved.  Some of the tables exist in
  the 6.2.0 installation and were still not processed by
  CandleMigrate.
  
  Problem Description:  Upgrading the TEMS from
  6.2 to 6.2.1 or from 6.2.1 to 6.2.1 IFx/FPx causes the content
  of some TEMS tables to revert to the original (default) content.
  
  Detailed Recreation Procedure:
  
  1) Confirm no event destinations are configured.  # ./tacmd
  listeventdest KUICLE002E:  There are no event destination server
  definitions defined on the server https://localhost:3661.
  
  2) Create event destination.  # ./tacmd createeventdest -i 999
  -p NAME=FOO HOST1=FOO
  
  3) Confirm event destination is configured.  # ./tacmd
  listeventdest Server Id Server Name Server Type 999 FOO TEC
  
  4) Find which tables have been modified by tacmd createeventdest
  # grep FOO TEMS*/*.DB TEMS/QA1CDSCA.DB:  TEMS/QA1DEVSR.DB:
  
  5) Run ITM 6.21 IF2 install.sh Install TEMS component
  overwriting existing install.
  
  6) Get list of event destinations, and confirm previously
  configured destinations are wiped out.  # ./tacmd listeventdest
  KUICLE002E:  There are no event destination server definitions
  defined on the server https://localhost:3661.
  
  7) Find which tables have been modified by tacmd
  createeventdest.  Notice that only the *_old directory now
  contains the modified tables.  # grep FOO TEMS*/*.DB
  TEMS_old/QA1CDSCA.DB:  TEMS_old/QA1DEVSR.DB:

    No Logs captured.  Consistently recreatable.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• In 6.2.1 and higher, two tables used to store event destination
  servers were not migrated during a management server upgrade.
  

Problem conclusion

• Added the two tables to the CandleMigrate scripts so they are
  now properly migrated.
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
  packages:
