Error description

• Environment:
  
  ITM 6.2.1
  Windows platform
  
  Problem:
  
  The pdcollect command does not get the logs.  It creates a
  "logs" subdirectory, but the contents are empty.
  
  Recreation Steps:
  
  Note that the "-nologs" argument is NOT being used, a simple
  "pdcollect" command without arguments will have the problem in
  ITM 6.2.1.

Local fix

• Change the following line in the
  %CANDLE_HOME%\bin\pdcollect.cmd file from this:
  
  dir /s /ad /b "%PROD_HOME%" | %SYSTEMROOT%\system32\find /i
  "logs" | "%FILTDIR%\pdcfilt" "%PROD_HOME%\" >logfile.lst
  
  to this:
  
  dir /s /ad /b "%PROD_HOME%" | %SYSTEMROOT%\system32\find /i
  "logs" | "%FILTDIR%\pdcfilt" "%PROD_HOME%\\" >logfile.lst
  

Problem summary

• The pdcollect command does not get the logs.  It creates a
  "logs" subdirectory, but the contents are empty.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem was related to syntax error on calling internal
  binary program.
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
