  Agent does not attempt communication with any TEMS other than
  The first one on CT_CMS_LIST, when the first TEMS is
  unreachable.
  This defect results in an agent that is permanently off-line.

Local fix

Problem summary

• An agent does not attempt communication with any TEMS other than
  the first one on CT_CMS_LIST when the first TEMS is unreachable.
  This defect results in an agent that is permanently off-line.
  When this occurs, the following error is can be found in the
  agent trace log:

Problem conclusion

• The code was modified to properly check the return code from a
  verification routine.

• Specify the address of a reachable TEMS as the first entry on
  CT_CMSLIST.
